About

I specialise in recovering complex programmes where delivery is under pressure and confidence has begun to erode.

My work focuses on stepping into situations where plans no longer reflect reality, reporting has become unreliable, and leadership needs a clear, independent view of what is achievable.

I bring calm, structured intervention to restore control, clarity, and momentum - particularly within large-scale CRM and ERP transformations.

Background

I have spent my career working with organisations running complex, business-critical change. My experience spans global CRM and ERP programmes, multi-vendor delivery environments, and transformations operating under intense scrutiny.

I am typically engaged when:

  • Delivery is slipping without a clear explanation

  • Stakeholder confidence is deteriorating

  • Difficult decisions can no longer be deferred

In these situations, my role is to provide clear diagnosis, decisive leadership, and practical recovery - not theory or optimism.

How I Work with Clients

I work directly with executive sponsors, programme directors, and senior leadership teams.

My approach is:

  • Independent and vendor-agnostic

  • Hands-on and present

  • Candid, discreet, and outcome-focused

Clients value the ability to have honest conversations early, before problems become irreversible.

What Matters to Me

Programme recovery is not about blame.

It is about:

  • Re-establishing trust

  • Making informed decisions based on reality

  • Supporting teams who are often under significant pressure

I take the responsibility of intervention seriously and work with discretion, professionalism, and respect for the people involved.

Outside of Client Engagements

When not working with clients, I value time with my family, long-distance travel across Europe, and quiet pursuits that allow space for reflection.

These moments provide balance and perspective - both of which are essential when operating in high-pressure environments.

Next Step

If you are responsible for a programme that is under pressure, the best first step is a straightforward conversation.
